In 2011, I took the first steps to create a purposeful life, designed by me. As a single mother, my move to a new state for a fresh start began my journey as a healer - even without money, a car, or local friends I could count on. I eventually found myself at the Baltimore School of Massage, where I completed my licensed massage therapy training. Throughout my time at school, I adopted the mindset that I was the best, and all of my needs would be taken care of. I made it a habit to get quiet and listen to the guidance from my heart. Using spiritual tools gained in childhood, I took care of my mind and spirit. I leaned heavily on my faith in the Creator. By 2012, I gained much needed wisdom about building my own practice. Taking the great leap into entrepreneurship surprised me with my first sponsored trip to Hollywood, California to serve a very deserving client - an opportunity I am grateful for to this day. I continue to practice massage, facilitate meditation circles, and teach workshops about self-care and conscious awareness in all relationships. I am a passionate believer that those who follow their heart's desires with a positive mindset, knowledge of self, and willingness to take action can accomplish anything, whether it's related to health, personal relationships, or business. Life is DELICIOUS! My services offer clients the opportunity to unwind from demanding lives and roles, supporting a relaxed state of allowing. In this state of allowing, they discover positive aspects that can and will generate an environment supportive of wholeness and healing. It is my life's work to create sacred spaces for humanity to reflect, recharge, and renew.
